Several countdowns at once, so you can read the shape of your day.
Check the reminder's style. Vibrate is an ordinary notification, so Focus and the silent switch will silence it โ that is what it is for. Alarm rings through both. You can change this per reminder when editing a countdown.
Also check Settings inside the app: if alarms have been silenced, a banner appears at the top of the list saying so.
The next countdown appears there once it is within a day. Make sure Show next countdown is on in the app's Settings, and that Live Activities are allowed for Time to Go in iOS Settings.
iOS retires a Live Activity after several hours. When that happens it comes back the next time you open the app.
Check the Repeat setting. A countdown set to repeat on weekdays will jump to the next weekday, which on a Saturday means Monday. For something happening once, set Repeat to One time.
The widget shows your five soonest countdowns and updates every few minutes. If it looks stale, opening the app refreshes it immediately.
A one-off countdown whose time has passed moves to History rather than disappearing, whether or not you dealt with it. Swipe a row to move it to tomorrow or delete it, and tap See all for the full list. Repeating countdowns never appear there โ they have already rolled to their next occurrence.
Hold a countdown and choose Adjust time. Drag the row up or down to move it in fifteen-minute steps, or type the time directly. The list re-sorts as you drag, so you can move something past whatever comes after it. Nothing is saved until you tap Done.
